        • verbal and non-verbal communication styles 
        • listening skills 
        • questioning skills.  

Role of communication in teamworking situations,

e.g. to give or acquire information, share ideas and opinions, persuade others, ensure 

everyone has the same understanding.  

Importance of communication: 

        • from the top down to the individual, from the individual, between individuals and from the team to a higher level 
        • influence on efficiency and effectiveness of a team
